The majority of facilities are designed to be fully accessible to disabled guests. However due to the complex nature of an emergency evacuation it is not possible for wheelchair users or guests who have considerable walking difficulties walking, to access both rides ‘The Tyrant – Boat Ride’ and ‘Drop Dead – Drop Ride to Doom’. Wheelchair users must be booked in advance 08714232240 to ensure that the correct facilities are available during the visit. This is because only one wheelchair user can be admitted into the London Dungeons each hour.
